Are pets allowed?
Yes, on a leash and, you must pick up after them, as every good pet owner knows.

Do you have a store? What items do you carry?
We carry groceries such as milk, butter, eggs, bread, canned foods, candy, snacks, soda, and ice-cream. We also have toys, RV supplies, fishing equipment, fresh juicy worms, ice, and we fill propane tanks. We also sell firewood.

Do I need a fishing license?
No, we pay for a license for the lake so that you can fish in our lake. We have campers who enjoy fishing and cooking their catch over the open fire. The ultimate meal in their opinion.

What kinds if fish do you have in the lake?
We have bass, bluegill, bullhead & pickerel lots of sunnies for the little ones to catch.

Do you have boat Rentals?
Yes, we rent peddle boats, rowboats, and canoes. It costs $3.50 for a half an hour.

Is there a Golf Course close by?
Yes, 3 ½ miles from the campground we have an 18 hole golf course (5800 yards, par 69) that is beautifully maintained. The name is Golden Oaks Golf Course, Rt. 79 south, Windsor, New York, 13865 Call for rates. (607) 655-3217.

Another highly regarded golf course is the Conklin Players Club, which is about 12 miles away (6772 yards, par 72) call for rates 607-775-1042.

Do you have a pool?
No, we have a 4 and a half acre lake which is spring fed.

Are the children allowed floating toys in the swimming area?
Floating toys may be in the swimming area. Rubber Rafts can be on the lake as long as they are safety approved.

Are there medical facilities available?
Yes, 7 miles away, Windsor has a clinic; Windsor Family Care Center - 607-655-1230 and 17 miles away in Binghamton we have two major hospitals, Lourdes Hospital (607-797-0006) and Wilson Memorial (607-763-6000).
